    Event Description:
    The Ice Cream Social is historically held the second Friday & Saturday of June each year. This year's event was the 33rd-Annual Ice Cream Social. That's one-third of a century that Berryville has kicked off summer with our old-fashioned, family-friendly free party on the Square. The next Ice Cream Social will be held in June 2019. Thanks to everyone who made this year's social such a success!

    Come out and enjoy all the fun, such as:
    • Crafts Fair
    • Live Music & Entertainment
    • Kids Activities
    • Food, Snacks, Homemade Goods... and of course, Ice Cream!

    Be sure to stop by the Chamber's Ice Cream booth to get a scoop or two of ice cream for just $1 each, purchase your Official Ice Cream Social t-shirt and *armbands for the kids bounce house! *Armbands are $10 per child and are good for 1 day only.

    IMPORTANT VENDOR INFORMATION:
    All vendors must register online to reserve a booth, credit/debit cards only are accepted.

    *Please note that booths are not reserved until payment is received - All payments need to be received no later than June 1, 2018*

    BOOTH PRICING:
    • Regular Vendor - $75
    • Chamber Members - $50
    • Food Vendors with Trailers needing electric - $125
    • Non Profits/Churches - $35
    All booth spaces are 10x12 in size, are on a first come first serve basis, and will be assigned at random prior to the event. Vendors will need to be at the Ice Cream Chamber Tent by 9 a.m. Friday morning to check in, pick up your vendor packet, and your booth assignment. FOOD VENDORS, if needed, electricity via standard outlets will be provided. We do not provide water hookups. NO GENERATORS are allowed at the event.
