    Vendor Questions Answered

     

    Have questions before applying? Here are answers to some of the most common questions from prospective vendors.

    Who can become a vendor?
    We welcome food vendors, artisan and craft vendors, commercial businesses, nonprofit organizations, and community groups. Please complete the appropriate application for your vendor category.
    How are booth locations assigned?
    Booth locations are assigned by the festival committee based on vendor category, space availability, and event logistics. Specific booth requests cannot always be guaranteed.
    When can vendors set up?
    Approved vendors will receive setup instructions, arrival times, and unloading information prior to the festival. Please refer to your vendor packet for complete details.
    Do vendors need to provide their own tables and tents?
    Yes. Unless otherwise noted, vendors are responsible for providing their own tent, tables, chairs, extension cords, displays, and any other equipment needed for their booth.
    Is electricity available?
    Electrical availability varies depending on booth location. Please indicate your electrical needs on your application so the committee can determine availability.
    Who do I contact if I have questions?
    Our festival committee is happy to help. Contact the Greater Berryville Area Chamber of Commerce for assistance with applications, booth information, or general vendor questions.
