I have a vision of a world where people wake up looking forward to their workday because their jobs are meaningful, interesting, challenging, and even exciting.

My big question is, What if work was more fun?

Not just livable; not just bearable: fun. Work shouldn’t suck.

And 60% of new leaders shouldn't fail in their first year.

Drawing on 25 years of corporate experience – including 16 years of executive leadership – plus 15 years of training and coaching leaders and entrepreneurs, I work with business owners, leaders, and managers to help them create meaningful, enjoyable careers as they build the businesses they would want their children to work for.

In short, I offer leadership skills development and support for managers and leaders to become the leaders they're MEANT to be and their business NEEDS them to be.
