    Without a doubt the COVID-19 pandemic has taken a huge toll on our local economy. Our Chamber is putting the final touches on business recovery support materials that we will be distributing to all Carroll County business owners for free. Local business owners, employees, contractors and local officials still have questions of what resources are available to them. As a public service we will continue to share information that may prove very helpful as you plan how to deal with the impact on your business.

    ADWS Workforce Issues New Rules For Businesses:


    Employers have a new requirement from the Arkansas Division of Workforce Services when employees are layed off furloughed.
    Click here to download a copy of the "Notice To Employee" form that you must now give to employees who are furloughed. This notice gives them basic information on how to apply for unemployment benefits and provides website links and phone numbers for more information.
