Workforce Development Opportunity: Fundamentals of Management Course

The Berryville Chamber of Commerce Education Committee is partnering with North Arkansas College Workforce Development to offer a Fundamentals of Management course designed to help current and future leaders strengthen their management skills.

This course will help participants build a strong foundation for effective leadership by developing essential soft skills, learning how to leverage employee strengths, and applying practical HR strategies that support team performance and workplace compliance. Participants who complete the course will also receive a certificate recognizing their leadership readiness.

$50 Tuition Fee

This training is a great opportunity for business owners, supervisors, or employees looking to grow their leadership abilities. Businesses are also encouraged to send team members who are preparing for management roles.
